G&C Coatings performed a complete teardown of the rough terrain crane. We refurbish refurbished the inside and outside, including the operator's cab and all equipment components such as outriggers, crane boom, crane body and more.
This crane has a telescopic boom. With our booth space, we are able to scope the boom out entirely and re-coat the scoping sections.
The 35-ton Terex Crane had a 10-year-old factory paint job from a coastal field project that was attacked with salt-air environment. We were able to recondition it back to its original factory quality by applying our 3-coat system: epoxy primer, top coat, and clear coat. We also applied a non-skid coating to all walking surfaces.
